During my stay, I was impressed by the comfortable accommodations and the amazing trails nearby, like Brecksville Reservation just over 4 km away, which made for a perfect weekend stroll in nature.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring any needs were met promptly. However, the room had a rundown aspect, with unclean carpets and a persistent cigarette smell, particularly noticeable through the vent. A shortage of towels during a three-night stay was another inconvenience, as requests for more were unfulfilled. The complimentary hot breakfast offered many options, but self-service would enhance the experience further.

Dust and debris all around. The lobby kinda looked cluttered too with cleaning supplies lying around. And the fire alarm incident? Not cool. At least the breakfast in the room was decent. Just a heads-up about the renovation if you're allergic!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland-Richfield, An Ihg Hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated with comfortable seating, and the staff was exceptionally attentive, making it easy for me as a senior traveler.

The breakfast had freshly baked pastries and a variety of drinks. Our room, with two queen beds, was comfortable and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The fitness center was well-maintained, and the hot tub was a nice bonus too. Would appreciate a little more attention to room cleanliness, though.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and super comfy, and I loved the amazing Wi-Fi speed that helped me stay connected for work. I took full advantage of the cozy TV room to unwind after my long day, but I wish the pool area had a few more loungers. Overall, it was a lovely stay, just a little hiccup during check-in caused a slight delay.

I had a great stay with my friends! We skied at Brandywine Ski Resort and played golf at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course. The place was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Just a heads-up, the pool area could use some updates.
